Nevermind that Liza. What I found by doing a bit of research is that DLL file is
related to an adware program. You have a malware infection.
See this thread for an example of what it may take to clean it. Quite extensive but
each case is different...

You should register on a malware support forum, then follow some preliminary cleaning
instructions before you post. Do not disable anything in MSCONFIG, as they'll need
to see what's on your system, if they request a Hijack This log.
I suggest Spybot's forums, as they don't appear to be as swamped as others, so there
shouldn't be such a long wait. Follow through and good luck. They'll help get you
fixed up.
