ok so the main problem here is the permissions like the error message said it had
to do with what someone needs to find is a specific permission that allows you to
modify and or read files from an oncoming source of course you should make sure this
is only local because this would be a huge port for spyware
normally all the permissions are in the management window
you get there by right clicking on my computer and clicking manage let me know if
anyone finds anything
