ICS problem between Vista (host) and XP (client)

Hello,
I am having some problems with ICS. We use an ATT aircard (works good on the Vista
host), it is connected to the XP (client) with a crossover and it works, well kind
of... The problem is that the client machine will only get partial images and disrupted
webpages (part will load, and the rest shows in HTML) as well as on downloads ALL
the files arrive corrupted. It acts like the ICS is only allowing some of the packets
to arrive or something. HELP PLEASE!!!
