on my IBM laptop xp works ok for couple days keep on standby. then NetZero wont disconnect have to stop NZ exec.exe (2 of them) processes. to be able to dial in again or reboot which is pain.. NZero says uninstall and make new clean install.which doesnt help.I have no trouble with NZ on my desktop xp pc. I apologize in advance if this not correct forum for this post. this started when they put in their hi-speed program..works ok without it but they keep putting it back in automatically...thanks..Robert
