Identifying registry key for compatibility wizard

In tweaking the start menu of XP to where I felt it would be easier both to recall where a program shortcut is located and then to launch that program, I though I had moved the shortcut for the compatibility wizard to a new location, but it now appears that I simply deleted it. Is there a simple way to identify either the registry key for the compatability wizard or what name is given by Microsoft and where it is located so that I can create a new shortcut, then rename it "compatibility wizard" and move it to start menu?
