My understanding is that program files will never have an htm extension, but I don't understand the "logic" behind WindowsXP, so I tried to "run" that file. All I got was text stating that the Compatibility Wizard could be used to resolve conflicts between WindowsXP and programs that had worked with prior versions of Windows, but it did not actually provide me with any means for running the program that I can see.
