Add a Printer Wizard does not work

When I installed Windows XP, I used nlite and excluded Printers and Faxes from the
Menu. Now I want to add a printer but Add a printer does not work. The PRint Spooler
is running. I saved a Spooler.reg from some website and ran it.
Kindly help me.
