What motherboard do you have?  You most likely(as the other poster informed you) 
have to install the SATA controller driver for windows installation to see the SATA 
hard drive.  If you tell us what motherboard you have we can direct you in the right 
direction as far as what driver to install at the F6 prompt at the beginning of windows 
installation.
