CD drive menu

On my system when I rt click cd drive there was a "eject" cmd, and the tray opens,
after inserted a disc, when I rt click the drive, in the menu the "eject" changed
to "load", click the cmd , the tray closes.
My HDD clashed, after reinstall XP Pro SP2. the "load" cmd is missing.
Anyway to reinstate ? Thank you.
