Hey there :) Not so long ago, I received a new-to-me PC computer as a gift :) (the Senior Centre here replaces all of their computers every 3 years and then sells their previous ones--my Mom was nice enough to surprise me with one :) ) If I understand the manuals that came with it, the PC is a "Gigabyte Pentium 4 Titan Series GA-8IPE1000". It seemed to run Ok the first while, but I did start to notice that the monitor would have blurry/wavy lines near the bottom of the screen at times (??) It's got an AOC monitor. It hasn't done the wavy/blurry thing in a while, but has now started making the entire screen just go black, with a blinding white line across the middle of the screen! (After about 10 to 30 seconds, the screen/webpage will pop back up, but this can't be a good thing!) Could it be that my monitor is slowly dying?? Or that it is incompatible with the PC?? Any help is appreciated :) Thanks for your time, AE :)
