You asked what kind of jpegs? ... 3 different people have access to this office computer, and for whatever reason, someone opened an email or attachment with vulgar jpegs. When I went to print out a legal doc, printing wizard showed over 100 different files and jpegs. I tried to follow your forum instructions, but now I have the access violation message I mentioned yesterday. I went to Shellex and deleted the MayChangeDefaultMenu as you suggested, and when I closes Registry, I got the screen message.
