Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I have a question about Customize
Context Menus:
I wanted to add a context menu for all folders to run a batch file on that folder.
When I added it in the File>Options dialog to the File Folders actions it made the
default action Searching the folder instead of opening. I can't delete my old entry
nor is there an entry for Opening/Exploring it.
