Greetings, I did not have any printer jobs that were pending and still had this
problem. I solved it by looking at my services running and found that "nvsvc32.exe"
(Nvidia assistant it said) was running, but consuming only 0.5% or so. When I stopped
this service, it stopped the spooler file from taking up my CPU. I set this to manual
start and I'm good to go. Been struggling with this for a while and it's nice to
see it gone. If you are having a similar problem, I'm betting that there are other
services that are not necessary that could affect this as well. Try pecking away
at the running services and see if they affect it... Good Luck! K
