clock problems

My date is fine but my time is not correct when its synchronised, problem is in the time zone the correct gmt is missing, (gmt london) the only options i have is gmt + 2 hours or gmt -3 hours, which would make the time wrong, as i live in the uk, the gmt would be at 00:00 hours, so where has this gone, i have checked in control panel and its the same setup as the taskbar clock, i have checked date and time in dos and its correct, can anybody tell me how to repair or replace this missing gmt london
