Control Panel
Date & Time
Time Zone
GMT Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London - (there is an arrow to drop down more choices 
if this one isn't showing).
Internet Time
Put check-mark in "Automatically syncronize with internet time server"
Server = time.windows.com
Click Apply then OK.
