I just had to give credit where credit was due. Thanks Alex. I went into regedit
and put quotes around every one of those Run items values. Any that had a space in
their name, such as C:\Program Files\ I put quotes around. It started with an ATI
Catalyst upgrade I think. I had to downgrade it(rollback driver), and maybe there
was my initial problem. One explorer window on C:\ATI\Support was showing on every
startup.
