Ricardo, have you been able to try a USB mouse to see if the same problem exists?
Based on what you've told us so far it does seem like hardware problems, not software.
You did say that you've reinstalled windows (full, clean reinstall?) and if you did
and the same problem exists it only points to hardware problems (baring a mouse software
problem on one of your disks). I'm not knowledgable enough on the hardware side but
a loose wire or bent pin on the PC side would only take a minute of your time to
check out. Hot swapping probably/usually won't cause a problem from what I've been
told. I've had mice disconnect while moving a laptop and I just reboot rather than
plug it back in. You stated "I tried everything even in safe mode, but in safe mode
the mouse behaves exactly like that." That sounds like a hardware issue considering
you've reinstalled Windows and the problem still exists. Sorry I can't find the solution
to help you with the problem but I'm certainly interested in hearing what you find
is the cause when it gets resolved. - Louis
