I probably found the root cause. It's all about the registry in the machine.
1. Start -> run -> type "regedit"
2. find the power policy you are using now. \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\PowerCfg\CurrentPowerPolicy
<- this value is the current setting of the power policy (Ex:2)
3. Modify \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\PowerCfg\CurrentPowerPolicy\PowerPolicies\2\Policies
(Follow the example above)
4. Modify the value of position 0028 and 0032 to 04
