Question about 'Go Directly to Device Manager'

Bless you for devmgmt.msc. It's been a pain for years.
The obvious arrangement for me was to create a shortcut that points to devmgmt.msc
and is named "Device Manager." I put it directly under my Start Button.
Now when I need it, I tap the Windows button and then the "D" key.
Really fast keyboard shortcut; no mousing.
Problem is, it doesn't go directly there, 'cuz you have to also hit Enter. Since
Documents is also a D, you have to choose which D you want and then hit enter.
On my computer, E wasn't being used, so I renamed the shortcut "E - Device Manager."
Now it's a short shortcut. Hit the Windows button and then "E" -- no Enter or anything
else required, and the Device Manager opens directly.
