This may work...In the "Run" command line in the Start menu, type in "services.msc". Look for "Print Spooler", and then right click on that line for the drop down menu. You can choose to have it start, but also if you select "properties" from that drop-down menu, see if it is set to Automatic, Manual, or Disabled. Good Luck.
