This did break with me when I loaded in January the latest Windows security patches on one of my machines (XP SP2 and Office 2003) In the register there is a key HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Preferences which on the not-working machine has much more entries then on the working machine. One of them is the InternetBrowserPath which is set when you link the browser from the 'Locate Link Browser' popup screen. The other machine does not have this key and works fine. Both machines art on the same ptach level for XP and Office, so I'm a bit lost as to where to look now. All File registration types on both machines are the same so that is not the issue here. Any ideas?
