virtual drive 11.5 installation faults

A new device is found and when it tries to install the device for "FCDABIOS (2003)
DEVICE ENUMERATOR 00".
A sceen comes up with the following,
"scsi/raid host controller.
An error occured during the installation of the device. The specific service does
not exist as an installed service".
When I attemped to use the virtual drive program and load a cd into the virtual drive,
my computor instantaineously shuts down and reboots.
All other applications work fine.
I'm using Gigabyte ga-81945p pro motherboard. If that helps. Any assistance would
be greatly appreciated.
