You need to use 3rd Party software like Partition Magic. It is risky though. The
Windows Partition can be made useless if a error occurs during the process. If the
D Partition is empty, and C has a bunch of empty space it probably has decent chance
for success,
The way you are set up now, you could use D as a backup Partition
to store a Image of the Windows Partition. That would make a Fast way to restore
a screwed up Windows Partition.
