hi,
i have athlon 3500+ 2.2ghz , 2gb pc3200 ram system. i used to play video in the background
and do my other works on the internet or within the computer and it used to be just
fine. but now adays i am experiencing some sort of distortion while playing the video
and using the computer to do other things at the same time.
i have scanned my computer for viruses and spyware using various scanners and virus
programs at different instances but none of them could detect any virus or spyware.
so i downloaded process manager for microsoft's website and took a look at what's
happening inside the explorer.exe and what i found was whenever i scroll or move
through folders "browerui.dll!ordinal 138 +0x7b1d" uses too many cpu cycles.
and similarly in case of internet explorer "ieframe.dll" uses more cpu cycles and
incase of firefox , "firefox.exe! Jpeg_free_large" use more cpu.
(the smooth scrollin option is disabled in all three)
these annoyances has made me unable to multitask.
if somebody knows whats the cause of this and know how all these extensions are related
and has a fix for this please do reply and let me know.
i will be looking forward for somebody's kind response
thanks in advace.
