You won't be able to terminate his accounts for long. If the kid is even half smart
he will log on from a friends machine and change the passwords and/or re-establish
the accounts from there. All you can do is password him out of your home machine(s).
Don't forget to put a paswword on the built in "hidden" administrator account too...and
hire a private eye to follow him around 24/7.
