I'm using 32bit not 64, but have never found a better solution than just clicking
the buttons. Note that you cannot click through them quickly--every time I have
tried to do it too quickly, I always have to do it again more slowly--about 1 button
per second. I get frustrated every time I have to do it, but it does work (on 32bit
OS anyway).
