How 'crashed'? You mean continuous beep? Have you checked everything inside is seated/connected
correctly? Disconnect everything apart from cpu, memory, graphics and keyboard. Will
it boot to POST screen? If not, try resetting cmos - usually a jumper near the mobo
battery (often labelled jbat) - 3 pins. To reset move the jumper to close the currently
open pins, then put back as was.
