Generally, when you set up Netscape or Firefox or whatever Mozilla product you have, it will import your Favorites as a matter of course unless you tell it no. This is very easy to do. And once you've done this, (some versions of) Netscape doesn't make it easy to import from M$IE. Ok. Export from M$IE to Netscape. First, figure out where the bookmarks. html file is. Then, using the File menu in M$IE, click on Export and pretty much follow the yellow brick road.
