Taskbar stops autohiding w/RoboHelp 7

I've set my task bar to Autohide, as I like not having the clutter around when I
don't have to. But I've noticed something.
Whenever I switch to Adobe RoboHelp 7 and open the taskbar, it stops closing again
at all. I have to open the preferences, turn autohide off, apply, turn autohide on,
and apply again to make the taskbar fade again. But if I switch back to RoboHelp
7 it does the same thing again.
I've had a similar problem in the past and suspect other programs might do something
similar—but I don't know which ones because I never correlated the problem with a
program before.
Any hints?
