I suspect the solution is as follows:
Start/Run/regedit
In the registry, go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Parameters
Find the key DHCPNodeType.
Set it to 0x00000008 (8)
Reboot, and problem will be solved, I bet.
