My Documents folder missing from my computer

Using winxp home ed.
I had 2 folders in my computer, shared documents and owner. I didn't use either so
I used the regedit I found and deleted the delegated folder {59031a47-3f72-44a7-89c5-5595fe6b30ee}
I'm trying to now add the my documents folder in my computer. The address is C:\Documents
and Settings\Owner\My Documents
I want the actual folder to say "my documents" in my computer.
I'm not sure what to do. Can anyone help?
