The main purpose of quarantine in such apps as Ad-Aware is to a) isolate the spyware so it can't do anything, b) keep a copy so you can forward it to Ad-Aware for analysis. But usually you only need to do that if Ad-Aware detects, but doesn't identify, the spyware, i.e. if it's something new. If a name is given, it's a known threat and should just be deleted. In fact, just delete the damn thing in any case, they've got thousands of users all over the world submitting reports daily. :)
