There are current problems with all of the quick text message systems out there.
Either the software does not always work, or people do not like it or the market
movers keep changing it.
You really should contact AOL and make use of their support. This problem is beyond
just making some adjustments to Windows XP. Microsoft recommends that everybody
use the new "Windows Live" software instead. Microsoft is aware of the problems.
That is the best answer they have to offer.
