Sorry for the wrong answer. Some of those were flakey. It seems that you do have a Windows issue. You should see it when the UPnP is turned on. There is an issue with the XP Firewall, It may have been reset to improve security. Here is a snap shot of my Network Places. I put a green circle aroung the UPnP whatchamacallit.
