Not without a lot more information.
What do you mean "tried to use my restore cmoputer settings"?  EXACTLY what did you 
do?  What settings were you trying to "restore"?  There are hundreds of different 
programs that purport to "restore" some settings or other...which did you use?

Why were you trying to restore settings in the first place?  What was the problem 
that prompted you to do that?

What calendar is missing?  The one in Outlook?  Which version?  Not Outlook?  Some 
other calendar?  Which one?  What do you mean "missing"?  Does the calendar not even 
open, or does it open but it doesn't have your appointments in it?

Start over, and provide enough information that someone might be able to help you.
