I checked with the website from another computer. I was able to get in using her password. They also had trouble shooting info. I did do everything the website suggested to no avail. With that said I know it's a problem with my home computer. All I can tell you is the web page is white and at the bottom of the page it says error. Even when and if I figure out what is causing this website problem, I will still have a problem with the system restore calendar issue. I just figured the system restore could take care of any changes made to my computer and maybe fix the website issue.
