Hello there; All are excellent ideas given. I would open device manager by right clicking the my computer icon and then click on properties, when system properties opens click the hardware tab. Click the universal serial bus controllers one at a time to rediscover each usb port. Worked for me when mine would not show up. good-luck, g.
