PCMover didn't do you any favors, it sounds like.  You might want to try downloading 
iTunes from Apple's site and installing it using the downloaded installer, and uninstalling 
and then reinstalling Outlook from your Office CD's.  Hopefully, that will repair 
the registry entries that are apparently pointing to the wrong places.

In the long run, you'll be much better off wiping everything out and reinstalling 
from scratch, rather than using something like PCMover.
