It's trying to boot off your IDE drive, and is unable to.  It then tries to boot 
off your SATA drive, but since you don't have one, it gives you the disk not found 
message.

For some reason, your IDE drive is not bootable.  Will it boot in the machine it 
used to be in?  If so, I'd be checking the BIOS settings in your new machine.

If not (more likely), then what you should do is put a new IDE drive in your new 
machine, install Windows on it, boot from it, and then attach your current XP drive 
as a second drive, and pull off all the important data you need from it and copy 
it somewhere safe.

If you keep trying to mess with the unbootable XP drive, you're liable to trash the 
data on it that you want to save.
