Using Yahoo Voice with Dialup

I would like to use Yahoo Voice (outgoing) with dial-in to my company. Normal phone
line works fine. How do I configure PC for Login/Password. I get the Handshake noise
from the company modem. This is normally done in Dialup Preferences when a modem
is selected. Obviously Yahoo Voice (outgoing) doesn't use a traditional modem. Is
there a "virtual" modem I can use?
