How to access administrator folder

hi, i keep my files in administrator folder when i'm in safe mode, whenever i want
to get my files, i must return in safemode and login as administrator to move it
to another folder.
is there any way to access it from normal mode ? , if we double click the administrator
document folder, warning shows about the folder cannot be accessed, locked perhaps..
