why did i do it? to open up RAM [think that's what it's called] & not have programs
running in background that slow me down on the net.
why use that method to restrict programs from starting up ? i was taught to do it
that way.
Question: can you help me do what i need to do ~ stop some programs from starting
up automatically when i boot up, in the proper way?
[another person suggested sys restore. Not feasible, as i add many new things daily.]
