Hi, xp sp2 home 512 mem
I get this message alot i'm trying to get my Email.
My provider says I've got malware and to many antspyware
running on my computer.Is he right?

My computer checks out good with spybot search and destroy, winpatrol ,spyware terminater
and I use ccleaner,avg8 virus
