On my winxp pro sp2 IE7 machine, one of my 
account, I cannot launch any application.  When I right 
click, the pull down menu does not have the "open" 
option in it.  When I double click the short cuts, the 
icons and the actual executable, nothing happens.  However, what works is the 
Windows Explorer.  I can still browse through my 
directory.

Now when I switch to another account, everything 
works.  I tried running anti-virus scan and it found 
nothing.


Any help will be appreciated.
