Well, my screen resolution is set to 1440x900 which is the maximum my monitor will
allow me to go. If I go lower, it looks horrible and I get a message saying that
lowering the resolution will make it look bad and to adjust it back to 1440x900.
As far as my refresh rate goes, I'm only "allowed" to go up to 60hz, although according
to my monitor's box, it can go up to 75. I've heard that going high, though, can
cause damage to my monitor.
