If I understand you right, he started installing windows on your second hard drive? Like D:? YOu have to edit the boot.ini file on the C: drive in order to remove the second entry that pertains to this installation. This will remove it from your boot sequence. You can identify the proper partition because the entries will tell you what drive() and partition() the installation is on.. The correct entry will be something like drive(0), and the bad one will be drive(1)... I don't know if it is actually called drive, but take a look, you'll see. Then just go delete the files off the D: drive like the WINDOWS folder, or PROGRAM FILES folder.
