You can't rename the folders (even if you change the account's name, the folders
maintain the original name). Well, technically, you can, but it involves hacking
into the registry, a real waste of time. I'm not sure why this is such a big issue
for people, but if you insist on having a different name for your folders, you have
to create a new user profile with the correct name, and then transfer the data from
the other account into the new account.

If you are talking about changing the default names of any other folders, like My
Documents, My Pictures, etc.. it is all in the registry.
