You can't rename the folders (even if you change the account's name, the folders maintain the original name). Well, technically, you can, but it involves hacking into the registry, a real waste of time. I'm not sure why this is such a big issue for people, but if you insist on having a different name for your folders, you have to create a new user profile with the correct name, and then transfer the data from the other account into the new account. Here's how: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811151/ If you are talking about changing the default names of any other folders, like My Documents, My Pictures, etc.. it is all in the registry.
