Yes, I did read here that people are saying to avoid it, but I would never recommend 
to a customer that they should turn off automatic updates, it wouldn't make any sense. 
 Anyways, you are correct, it is a priority update now.  So, instead of turning off 
auto updates, I have downloaded the administrator version and burned it to a CD and 
have begun installing it on all my customer's PCs.  So far, no problems.  It appears 
to change nothing but it does save a couple hours of downloads and updates that I 
always install anyways.  Turning off these features is for the experienced PC user. 
 Part of my service charge is installing all the Microsoft updates.  Every now and 
then I have a problem with one, and I figure out how to fix it and make sure it IS 
installed.  Point being, I don't think you did anything wrong by installing it.

You are using what sounds like some pretty non-standard software, and most likely 
it is broken because the software was not designed properly in the first place.  
I'm sorry for your trouble.  But this should be expected to some degree.  Please 
post your solution when you find it.
