I do agree that it doesn't have much to offer.  Except for me when I am constantly 
reinstalling operating systems and such.  

The problem is, that it IS a high priority update.. When you click "Check for updates" 
it doesn't come up as optional.  You cant stop it from telling you your computer 
needs it.

What I have noticed, is that none of my personal PCs are telling me that I have updates 
available yet.  Just to verify what I am telling you is the truth, I went to update.microsoft.com 
and did an express scan for updates.. And sure enough, Service Pack 3 (High Priority). 

It leaves the end user with very little choice, because I don't believe any other 
updates will come through until you install the service pack.  Just like with service 
pack 2, you had to install service pack 2, and then run updates again to get the 
remaining updates (Like 95 of them now).
