They have this message on their homepage:

"In order for all of ContactTalk's powerful features to be utilized, followed are 
the current requirements:

 * Operating System:  Windows XP, Vista, 2000 or 2003 server
    * Processor:  1.3 Ghz or higher
    * Memory:  1 GB RAM

So you need to meet their requirements to use the site according to them. Which is 
stupid IMO but likely your issue according to them. Here is their support email address.
